Congrats on learning all those names!! In the past, I’ve thought about bird-watching only to realize that, unless I know a substantial amount of bird species, I probably wouldn’t be too successful in determining the bird I am looking at. I don’t know that I could learn almost 900 in the same amount of time you did!
